Charter Price: Includes yacht rental and equipment, but excludes harbor dues, taxes, and fuel costs.

Payment Terms: Requires a 50% deposit within 7 days of booking, and the remaining balance 30 days before the charter starts.

Cancellation Policy: Involves graded fees - 30% for cancellations two months prior, 50% for one month prior, and 100% for cancellations within a month of service start or after yacht takeover.

Charterer Requirements: Charterers must have appropriate navigational skills and certifications. Usage is restricted primarily to Croatian waters, unless special permission is obtained.

Return of Yacht: The yacht should be returned in its original condition, with a full fuel tank.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at check-in, which is fully refundable upon the yacht's undamaged and timely return. Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, covering most damages but excluding specific cases.

Insurance: Covers the yacht and onboard persons, but not damages from intentional acts or gross negligence.
